Your problem with your repo car I believe once you co-sign, you are also an owner. You can do whatever you want with that truck, sell it, burn it, etc. There is only one problem. I believe if you decide to sell the truck, the co-owner needs to sign on the agree as well. It is like a marriage. both of you need to sign.

COLLECTIONS 30 DAY NOTICE TO PAY A DEBT... I TOOK MY DAUGHTERS TO A TALENT AGENCY THAT IS IN A SPANISH RADIO ANNOUNCEMENT.
THEY PROMISE TO MAKE YOUR CHILD A STAR.
I WENT TO THE SITE AND SIGNED A CONTRACT BUT THEY NEVER SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON THEIR END.. I PAID 600.00 FOR MY TWO DAUGHTERS.. I TOOK MY DAUGHTERS FOR TWO CLASSES AND AFTER THE TWO CLASSES THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN GOING BECAUSE THE CLASSES WERE VERY UNORGANIZED THERE WAS TOO MANY KIDS FOR ONE TEACHER AND NOTHING WAS ORGANIZED.. THE SECOND TIME I TOOK THEM ONE OF THE TEACHERS WAS NOT PRESENT FOR THE CLASS SO THEY DIDNT LEARN THAT DAY, I WAS DISSAPOINTED. THERE WAS NO STRUCTURE TO THE CLASS THE CLASSES WERE OVER FILLED AND BASICALLY MY TWO DAUGHTERS DIDNT LEARN ANYTHING. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN BUT THEY NEVER TRANSFERRED ME TO ANY MANAGEMENT ALL THEY GAVE ME WAS THE RUNAROUND I INFORMED THEM THAT I WASNT SATISFIED WITH THE CLASSES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALLE ME BACK. . THEY NEVER DID.. I NEVER TOOK MY DAUGHTERS BACK AGAIN... NOW ITS ALMOST A YEAR LATER AND I GET A COLLECTION LETTER SAYING THAT I WILL HAVE TO PAY A BIG BALANCE AND I HAVE TO PAY OVER 1000.00 FOR THE BALANCE DUE. IN 30 DAYS THATS JUST UNFAIR. HOWEVER I JUST LOOKED OVER THE CONTRACT THAT I SIGNED AND IT SHOULD OF BEEN SIGNED BY THEM IT WASNT. I WANT TO KNOW IF IT IS LEGAL FOR THEM TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS WHEN I DONT HAVE THEIR SIGNATURE ON THE PAPER OR I HAVENT RECIEVED ANY SERVICES.. OTHER THEN THE TWO CLASSES THEY WENT TO.. I PAID OVER 600.00 FOR THE FIRST PAYMENT AND I FEEL IT WAS A WASTE OF MY MONEY.I JUST WANT THIS TO BE OVER WITH AND THEM TO SETTLE FOR THE MONEY I ALREADY PAID. Help My daughter's landlord told her they were selling the house she lived in and had to be out within thirty (30) days. MY daughter had a large amount of personal property destroyed in a heavy rain that broke the basement windows and mud clogging the drains. The landlord said that it was not his problem and the security deposit was up to the new owners. She has only received oral notice of eviction over the phone. need help for resdential legal advice madam/sir recently i purchased the property in bangalore,india.i purchased this property from my mother(she is the sole owner of the property) we are three brothers and a sister. i purchsed the property as per government rate. and also registered as per government stampduty plus service tax. my problem is now my other brothers are saying that this is not a legal way of purchase. more the said property is haveing ground,first, second floors.the ground floor is at present occuippied by my first brother.and he is not paying any rent and more over he is giving lot of trouble to other tenants staying in the first and sencond floors. like cutting the elecrticity, water line making false complients to the local police station. and the police persons are not takeing any action and they telling the other tenants to vaccate immediatly. pls advise me in this situation what i can do? how to handle this situation legally? more over my brother is planning to occuipey other portions of the building.awaithing your legal adivce thanking you. my address is reachvels@yahoo.com
